Job summary

Prysmian Group, the world leader in energy and telecom cable systems, seeks a North America Credit Manager in Highland Heights, KY. This on-site role leads a five-person collections team and balances credit risk with customer growth to protect cash flow.

You will manage credit reviews, terms, disputes, and aging, while partnering with ERP SAP processes to optimize working capital. Join a global, inclusive team driving the energy transition.

What You’ll Bring Experience and Qualifications

• You’ll have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business.
• You have 5-10 years of experience in Credit, Collections or Accounts Receivable.
• You possess experience leading or coordinating collections teams, working with ERP systems (SAP), and experience in a manufacturing, industrial or B2B environment.
• You have strong financial statement and credit analysis skills and experience managing customer disputes, deductions and claims.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll drive company profitability and cash flow by balancing credit risk management with customer growth, ensuring sound financial decisions that support long-term business success.
• Customer: You’ll manage customer credit reviews, credit limits and payment terms.
• Accounts: You will monitor accounts receivable aging, collection performance and customer payment behavior.
• Team: You’ll lead, coach, and coordinate a team of five collectors to achieve cash collection and DSO objectives.
• Support: You’ll support order release and credit hold decisions.
• Resolve and Escalate Issues: Investigate payment and invoice issues, coordinate with internal teams, and drive resolution to completion.
• Investigate: You will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer deductions, claims and disputes.
• Analyze and Drive: You’ll analyze financial statements, credit reports and payment trends to support credit decisions and drive working capital and cash flow improvement initiatives.
• Reporting: You’ll prepare recurring credit and receivable reporting and portfolio analysis.
