Visa is seeking a Finance Manager, North America Cost of Volume (COV) Planning, to lead regional forecasting and baseline development within the NA Planning COE. This hybrid role reports to the Regional Partner and collaborates with FP&A, CoE Global, FSS, DSG and business stakeholders to drive accuracy and process improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong understanding of planning processes and data sources.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional COV baselines and reforecasting; review drivers and assumptions.
• Support pricing and baseline reviews; assess commercial impacts.
• Coordinate forecast updates and cycle governance; prepare materials for close.
