Visa is seeking a Finance Manager, North America Cost of Volume planning, to lead regional forecasting, baseline development and governance. This role collaborates with FP&A, CoE Global, FSS, DSG and business stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement.

The position is hybrid, based in San Francisco or Foster City, with in-office days and proactive cycle governance. Strong FP&A background and experience with forecasting tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong understanding of planning processes and data sources.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Own regional COV baselines and AI-driven reforecasting; review discounts, waivers, and exceptions; validate assumptions and forecast drivers.
• Support pricing and baseline reviews; assess commercial impacts, market dynamics, and key COV drivers.
• Validate allocations, mappings, hedging logic, and data quality; align with global methodologies and reporting standards.
• Coordinate forecast updates, quality reviews, local overlays, and submission readiness; support variance analysis.
• Deliver review materials, commentary, and insights on COV performance, risks, and baseline changes.
