Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, PR, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in communications and marketing.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Experience in a global company is preferred.
• Strong leadership and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with digital marketing, SEO, email, and content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive North America internal communications and social media strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives, audience, and trends across communications and marketing.
• Manage communications for key executives in North America, including exec communications and town halls.
• Oversee development of campaigns across digital, social media, events, and promotions.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across online and offline materials.
• Coordinate with Global team to feature NorAm content on Synapse and digital displays.
• Support communications during product launches and major NA events.
• Oversee NorAm digital and social media updates, including product pages.
• Develop executive communication strategies for NA leadership.
• Create speeches, town halls, keynote slides, op-eds, LinkedIn content, and executive messaging.
• Assist external media during crises.
• Measure effectiveness and report ROI; manage the communications budget.
• Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with Global team on internal/executive communications and social media.
