Job summary

Vylor in Johnston IA is hiring a North America Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Commercial Manager. You will lead EHS strategy across North America Commercial, partnering with sales, marketing, agronomy, and operations to strengthen safety culture and regulatory compliance.

You will drive risk management, training, audits, due diligence, and integration of EHS into commercial initiatives. The role requires travel across North America and a hybrid in-office schedule with Tue–Thu onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive EHS or commercial experience preferred.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of North America EHS strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with Commercial Leadership Teams to foster a proactive safety culture.
