Merlin Entertainments seeks a Commercial Attorney to enable innovation, growth, and project delivery across North America. You will partner with senior leaders, negotiate key contracts, and manage capex and development initiatives for the brand portfolio.

The role requires a J.D., active Florida Bar status (or eligibility for Authorized House Counsel), and 5–10 years of commercial negotiation experience in large corporate or top-tier firms.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required, active Florida Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Advise and lead legal considerations for high-impact commercial projects and investments across North America.
• Lead contract drafting, negotiation, review, and execution; maintain standardized templates and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide direct project support to the Senior Leadership Team and operating divisions from inception through completion.
