Del Monte Corporation is seeking a Director, Senior Assistant Counsel - Commercial to serve as a key legal advisor for the North American Foods Division. You will lead commercial contracting, business counseling, risk management, and operational legal matters across North America in close partnership with the Associate General Counsel.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and US bar admission.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant law firm and in-house experience with substantial commercial contracting.
• 3-5 years of relevant CPG industry experience; strong experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate, and revise a wide range of Commercial Contracts.
• Lead the negotiation and governance of complex commercial agreements including retail, food service, supply, licensing, SaaS, logistics, and data processing.
• Provide legal counsel to North American Foods Division, partnering with cross-functional teams to accelerate business decisions and manage risk.
• Develop and maintain the commercial playbook, templates, dashboards, and CLM processes; drive adoption of AI-enabled review.
