Citi in New York, NY seeks a NAM CCB Business Management SVP to shape the strategic agenda for North America Commercial Bank. You will translate data and trends into concise, actionable insights for executive decision‑making and partner with senior leadership to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong finance background and CCB Business knowledge.
• Experience in regional and complex settings with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in high‑pressure environments.
• Problem solving capabilities; ability to take a complex problem and organize it in discrete pieces for solution.
• Ability to size and prioritize large‑scale initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Drive execution of key strategic initiatives for North America CCB to ensure delivery with high quality, accuracy and timeliness.
• Support governance programs & track performance against strategic priorities.
• Own strategic, administrative, operational, and process enhancements on key NAM CCB processes.
• Ensure headcount, real estate, onboarding and terminations are managed effectively.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and Industry heads in North America.
• Lead project management of global enabler workstreams (internal partnerships, data remediation, etc.).
• Provide materials for NAM Monthly and quarterly Business Reviews.
• Analyze detailed performance metrics to understand business drivers, opportunities & threats.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis from global data sources and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead development and production of materials for management presentations and town halls.
• Develop Annual Plan analyses and align with Finance and Global offices.
• Manage cross‑functional projects impacting the business and strategy.

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Master’s degree preferred
