Job summary

Cyncly, a global technology provider, recently acquired IMOS AG, introducing iX CAD/CAM to North American manufacturers. This founding sales hire will open the market, build relationships with woodworking and cabinet producers, and drive new revenue using both IMOS and Cyncly strengths.

You will operate as a hunter and translator, meeting shop floor realities, proposing faster, less-waste workflows, and partnering with the broader sales team to scale the NAM footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Demonstrated success carrying and exceeding a sales quota.
• Comfortable running a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales process.
• Willingness to travel within territory (consistent manufacturing shop visits & quarterly trade shows).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business across an assigned North American territory.
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, tailored workflow demos, proof-of-concept coordination, proposal, and close.
• Build and manage a pipeline in a market segment IMOS has not historically pursued directly.
• Partner with the broader Cyncly sales org on cross-sell and account expansion opportunities within the existing & mature customer base.
• Represent IMOS at industry trade shows, events, and manufacturer associations.
• Provide field feedback to product and marketing on competitive positioning and buyer objections.
• Leverage Cyncly & IMOS as two historical market leaders to brand & grow IMOS into a leader in the North American market.
