Job summary

TechSec Solutions Limited in the United States seeks a CAM Support & Onboarding Lead with CNC machining experience to own onboarding and early adoption of our AI toolpath software. You will lead a small team, deliver hands-on onboarding, and help customers optimize their CAM workflows.

You will configure the software for each shop, manage product support, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

Hands-on CNC machining knowledge with tooling/workflow experience.
Familiarity with CAM software; CAM programmer background helpful but not required.
Experience leading and mentoring others while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities

Deliver onboarding from installation through first accepted toolpath.
Configure software around customer machining processes and shop needs.
Own product support, queue performance, quality, and escalations.
Mentor a Product Support Specialist and support team growth.
Create onboarding playbooks and knowledge resources to reduce issues.
Monitor usage and proactively support customers with adoption.
Coordinate with CAM programmers, Product, and Engineering to improve experience.
