Job summary

The Gorilla Glue Company is seeking a Director, North America Brand Management – O’Keeffe’s, to lead integrated go-to-market plans and drive cohesive brand storytelling across retail and media. You will coach the brand management team and partner with finance, sales, design, supply chain, and regulatory functions to deliver growth in North America.

You will shape consumer-led strategies, build annual campaign roadmaps, and ensure disciplined execution with ROI-focused results across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing or brand management (CPG preferred).
• Demonstrated business acumen in what drives CPG brands and growth.
• Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns with internal and external agency partners.
• Experience operating in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the North America integrated marketing plan across the O’Keeffe’s portfolio.
• Translate brand strategies into go-to-market plans across retail, digital, e-commerce, and media channels.
• Coach and develop brand management talent and collaborate with multiple functions to ensure ROI-focused performance.
• Drive sales and market share growth through media, promotion, pricing, and distribution enhancements.
• Balance budget, resources, and priorities to maximize short- and long-term brand growth.
