Job summary

Profiles Creative is partnering with a world-class premium consumer brand to recruit a talented Designer for its America Marketing team. As the sole designer dedicated to North America, you will own creative projects from brief to delivery across digital, retail and integrated marketing while collaborating with the UK team to ensure global campaign consistency.

You will lead high-impact creative for Meta, TikTok and other paid social, with strong emphasis on D2C and retail experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, brand design and performance marketing creative.
• Experience designing for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms.
• Retail or eCommerce design experience would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality creative across paid and organic social media.
• Produce CRM and lifecycle marketing assets.
• Create retail and eCommerce creative, including Amazon content, PDPs, digital banners and campaign assets.
• Design OOH advertising, point-of-sale and in-store marketing materials.
• Translate briefs into platform-specific assets to drive engagement and conversions.
• Contribute ideas to campaign development and creative strategy.
• Own projects from concept to final delivery for NA Marketing.
• Collaborate with UK team to ensure global consistency while adapting for NA.
