Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience across commodity trading, energy markets, and/or trading technology.
• Proven experience leading Advisory or consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of trading organizations and supporting technology landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the North American Advisory pipeline.
• Develop long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Shape Advisory propositions to address client challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a geographically distributed Advisory team.
