Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of infrastructure investment banking or financial advisory experience is expected, with a track record in origination and client management.
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior bankers is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with ability to work under deadlines and across dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Agentis’ platform and growth strategy.
• Lead pitch presentations to win mandates with the support of a skilled team.
• Meet revenue targets through successful deal closures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, C-suite executives, board members, and government officials.
• Build long-term partnerships with institutional investors, pension funds, and infrastructure private equity firms.
• Provide senior counsel on M&A, capital raising, and complex financing structures.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor deal teams to meet execution deliverables and performance objectives.
• Assist in recruiting and developing top talent to maintain a competitive practice.
• Oversee end-to-end deal execution ensuring timelines and terms meet client expectations.
