Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Shift Leader to own the kitchen during the shift, leading people, driving execution, and ensuring every plate meets our standards. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-performance kitchen within a Chick-fil-A restaurant operated by an independent Owner/Operator.

You will influence team dynamics, uphold food safety and quality, and contribute to a positive guest experience through teamwork and accountability.

driving execution, and ensuring every plate meets our standard.
