Swiss Krono Group is seeking a Sales Manager Nordics to develop and execute regional sales strategies for Scandinavia within the building materials market. The role emphasizes growing DIY channels, pursuing new accounts, and deploying effective product prescriptions.

You will collaborate with marketing on campaigns and launches, analyze market trends, and report forecasts to Group Management. Remote work is possible, and fluency in English plus at least one Scandinavian language is required.

Competenze

Sales success in interior and/or flooring industries, preferably Scandinavia.
Strong understanding of Scandinavian market dynamics and trends.
Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.

Develop and implement sales strategies for Scandinavia to meet revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and pursue new accounts and market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DIY clients in the region.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, product launches, and initiatives tailored to the Nordic market.
Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management; present updates regularly.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events; report to Group Management.
