• 3–5+ years experience in Customer Experience roles.
• Proficiency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from users, healthcare professionals and customers according to SLA.
• Provide competent technical support and claim handling for Nordic products.
• Coordinate with suppliers and second-line support when needed.
• Document cases in the CRM system and update relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries via social channels as required.
