Description: NorBella Rogers, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Located in Rogers, MN, near I-94 and MN-101, we support seniors in aging magnificently within our 40-unit community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care services. NorBella Rogers is a growing community with a passionate, caring team. Join us today!

Shifts Available: Part-Time, rotating holidays required

LPN Wage: $27.00 - 32.50 (based on experience)

  1. Monitoring and evaluating nursing care quality through rounds.
  2. Ensuring proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with valid state licensure (LPN or RN).
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including email.
