Job summary

Auria is seeking an enthusiastic Operator for both 1st and 2nd shift at the Auria Albemarle Plant in Albemarle, NC. You will assist with operating complex machinery, support cross-training, and guide team members on daily tasks to ensure smooth production.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and a willingness to train others. Travel for training may be required; safety and teamwork are emphasized in our manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate complex machinery in a production setting.
• Must be able to train and instruct team members on daily tasks.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills related to machinery run conditions.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads and move very heavy equipment.
