Job summary

Auria Albemarle Plant in Albemarle, NC is seeking an Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves operating complex machinery, cross-training staff, and guiding daily task execution on the line.

You will join a team focused on efficient production, safety, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to train and advance within a growing manufacturing organization.

We are currently searching for one 1st and one 2nd shift Operator to join our team at our Auria Albemarle Plant in Albemarle, NC.

What you will do:

• Assist with operating complex machinery


• Cross train employees where necessary


• Instruct team members on daily task responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

• Must have the ability manage complex machinery in a production setting

• Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, and crawl. Must be able to stand the entire shift.
