Job summary

Auria is seeking an enthusiastic Operator for both 1st and 2nd shift at the Auria Albemarle Plant in Albemarle, NC. You will assist with operating complex machinery, support cross-training, and guide team members on daily tasks to ensure smooth production.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and a willingness to train others. Travel for training may be required; safety and teamwork are emphasized in our manufacturing environment.

We are currently searching for one 1st and one 2nd shift Operator to join our team at our Auria Albemarle Plant in Albemarle, NC.

What you will do:

• Assist with operating complex machinery
• Cross train employees where necessary
• Instruct team members on daily task responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

• Must have the ability manage complex machinery in a production setting

• Must be able to complete training program.

• Must be able to lift heavy loads on a consistent basis.Must be able to move and assist in moving extremely heavy equipment such as dies, screws, etc.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, and crawl.Must be able to stand the entire shift.
