College Possible Minnesota is seeking a Non-traditional Student Engagement Specialist AmeriCorps VISTA to join our team in Minnesota. This in-person, full-time role runs for one year with a December 2026 start and a December 2027 end date, delivering capacity-building and outreach to help non-traditional and unenrolled students access higher education.

You will develop engagement tools, coordinate multi-channel communications, and refine processes to support student persistence, including

• U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident per AmeriCorps requirements.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must clearNational Service Criminal History Check and other security requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze historical data and develop a Specialized Engagement Toolkit with workflows for re-enrollment, student parent grant processing, and transitioning students into appropriate support.
• Create a multi-channel communications calendar and resources, including re-enrollment guides, academic reminders, and funding opportunities.
• Evaluate and develop training materials for the Students Navigating Higher Education Independently curriculum.
• Refine Salesforce tools to track re-enrollment outcomes, student parent participation, and barriers to persistence, and document engagement workflows, templates, and resources.
