Job summary

College Possible Minnesota is seeking an AmeriCorps Enrichment Coach to deliver college access coaching and recruitment support in-person. This full-time role runs Mon–Fri for 40–45 hours weekly, from January 11, 2027 to August 20, 2027, with a focus on helping students navigate admissions and enrollment.

The position includes a living stipend, Segal Education Award, and medical/dental/vision benefits, plus AmeriCorps service experience and professional development.

Qualifications

• You are a U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• You are a college graduate between 2021 and 2026 and/or do not exceed 27 by January 2027.
• You must clear a National Service Criminal History Check and other security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction, recruitment, and comprehensive application support for College Possible students.
• Present college workshops to high school students and support College Possible sessions.
• Assist with student recruitment and engage unenrolled students to clarify college and career goals.
