Nonsensical is a TikTok-first agency building affiliate programmes for brands on TikTok Shop. We help creators and campaigns translate into measurable sales, while fostering ongoing collaboration and growth.

You’ll support affiliate delivery across client accounts, recruit creators, manage outreach, samples, and performance tracking, and work closely with cross-functional teams to build engaging affiliate communities that drive results.

We're Nonsensical , a TikTok-first agency built on passion, curiosity, creativity and honesty. We help brands show up, stand out and blow up on TikTok, from viral hospitality brands to global B2B, finance, beauty and retail clients.

As part of our growing TikTok Shop offering, you'll help build affiliate communities that produce brilliant content and drive commercial results. You'll work alongside the Affiliate Manager and our Shop, influencer, content, strategy and client teams.

We're looking for an Affiliate Executive to support the delivery and growth of TikTok Shop affiliate programmes for our clients. You'll be hands-on across creator recruitment, outreach, product sampling, relationships, campaign activation and performance tracking. This goes beyond traditional influencer marketing: you'll think commercially and use performance data to help the team turn successful creators and content into repeatable growth.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Support the Affiliate Manager in delivering TikTok Shop affiliate programmes across client accounts, from new launches to established programmes.

Find and reach out to potential affiliates through direct outreach and TikTok’s creator tools, looking at creator fit and Shop performance rather than follower count alone.

Handle day-to-day creator communication, onboarding and approvals, and keep affiliate pipelines organised across clients and campaigns.

Coordinate product samples: confirm creator details, track deliveries, and follow up on posting.

Keep affiliate trackers and reports up to date (active affiliates, content posted, sales), and flag what’s working to the team.

Help keep creators engaged so they keep posting, not just once.

You’ll work closely with the Affiliate Manager and our Shop, influencer, content, strategy and client teams, learning as you help build affiliate communities that create brilliant content and drive commercial results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need:

An understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate, TikTok culture and social commerce, with an interest in what motivates creators to promote products.

Experience communicating with creators or influencers, strong written communication for outreach, and the ability to build relationships and motivate creators.

Strong organisation and attention to detail when juggling creator conversations, campaigns, deadlines, pipelines, samples and campaign information.

Confidence working with data and using performance insights to inform decisions.

Brownie points for:

Experience with TikTok Shop creators or affiliates, Seller Center or affiliate tools, and creator gifting or product sampling campaigns.

Knowledge of TikTok LIVE commerce and paid amplification, including how strong affiliate content can support wider TikTok campaigns.

You’re proactive: you spot opportunities, ask questions and take action. You’re comfortable in a fast-moving environment where platform features and best practices change quickly, and you’re keen to learn more about TikTok Shop affiliate and social commerce. This is a hands-on role where curiosity, organisation and a willingness to develop matter.
