Responsibilities

• Identify gaps hindering employment and develop SMART goals with participants.
• Create individualized action plans with timelines and resources.
• Provide job search assistance: resumes, cover letters, interview prep, and online applications.
• Conduct workshops on readiness, networking, and industry skills.
• Maintain records and monitor progress with regular follow-ups.
