Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant for a nonprofit-focused role in Massillon, OH. The position emphasizes grant tracking, fund accounting, and accurate financial reporting to support program funding and compliance.

You will contribute to monthly close, prepare grant-related reports, and assist with audits, while collaborating with program teams and leadership on funding initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in nonprofit accounting and grant tracking preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting principles
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience preparing financial reports and reconciliations preferred

Responsabilidades

• Track and reconcile grant funding, expenditures, and restricted funds
• Prepare grant-related financial reports and supporting documentation
• Assist with monthly close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Monitor compliance with grant requirements and funding guidelines
• Support budget tracking and financial reporting for programs and departments
• Assist with audit preparation and year-end financial processes
