Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of business financial statements.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a busy environment.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent monthly close of financial statements.
• Accounts Receivable: membership billing and reports.
• Accounts Payable: vendor setup and weekly payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain records.
• Process loan payments and billing.
• Assist with grant reporting and audits.
• Support lending activities and loan documentation.
