Zusammenfassung

CauseMic is seeking a Salesforce-focused project manager to lead nonprofit implementation projects from kickoff to go-live. This full-time exempt remote role can be performed from Oregon, Wisconsin, or California, with broader US coverage for the right candidate.

You will translate client needs into scopes, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Salesforce and related platforms experience required, nonprofit familiarity a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience working on Salesforce projects (PM/BA/consultant) for nonprofit clients.
• Experience managing projects with technical and cross-functional components.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus (Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud, Platform App Builder, etc.).
• Experience in fundraising and program management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and proactive communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage Salesforce projects from kickoff through deployment, owning timeline, budget, scope, and client satisfaction.
• Translate client needs into a scope of work with outcomes, requirements/user stories, and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Define goals, business processes, and system workflows with clients.
• Educate clients and admins on project phases, functionality, and platform ecosystem.
• Produce project deliverables: kickoff decks, plans, status/budget reports, requirements, design docs.
• Translate needs into user stories and technical requirements for delivery teams.
• Design and build Salesforce objects and integrate AppExchange or third-party tools.
• Support QA with light configuration and UAT coordination.
• Coordinate across technical and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to CauseMic strategy in product/service definitions and cross-team support.
