Job summary

CauseMic is a Portland-based consultancy serving nonprofit and social impact clients across the country. We are seeking a full-time Salesforce Consultant to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and related platforms for mission-driven organizations.

The role is remote from anywhere in Oregon, Wisconsin, or California, with broader remote consideration for the right candidate. You will collaborate with clients to translate needs into sustainable solutions, manage timelines and budgets, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in PM/BA/consultant roles, preferably with nonprofit clients.
• Experience managing projects with technical and cross-functional components.
• Salesforce or project management certifications are a plus (Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud, Platform App Builder).
• Previous fundraising and program management experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce projects from kickoff through deployment, owning timeline, budget, scope and client satisfaction.
• Translate client needs into a scope of work with outcomes, requirements, and budget.
• Build and maintain client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Define goals, business processes, and supporting system workflows for clients.
• Educate clients and admins on project phases and platform capabilities.
• Produce project deliverables: kickoff decks, plans, status and budget reports.
