Job summary

The United Philanthropy Forum in Washington, DC seeks a Knowledge Services Specialist to manage and support its Salesforce CRM and Drupal CMS platform used by members. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advance program goals and ensure smooth system operations.

The role emphasizes onboarding, training, first‑line technical support, and project coordination, with a focus on data, documentation, and ongoing platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with digital communications tools (media databases, newswire services, CMS, HTML, analytics, social media, email platforms).
• Excellent written, verbal and web content skills for internal and external audiences.
• Strong ability to organize information and share lessons and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding staff and members to the platform.
• Conduct periodic trainings and develop manuals and video tutorials.
• Provide first-level support and coordinate ticketing.
• Draft monthly tips and best practices for admins.
• Coordinate committee/work group materials and minutes.
• Track platform enhancements and assist with invoicing.
• Plan the annual in-person gathering of system admins.
