Job summary

Philanthropy Northwest seeks a lead technologist to manage the CRM, digital marketing, and web needs across our network in the Northwest. You will translate user needs into scalable processes, drive platform strategy, and ensure platforms meet organizational goals and revenue targets.

The Digital Services Manager role is full-time, reporting to the Director of Communications, and requires strong Salesforce admin and Drupal CMS skills, plus cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience with advanced reporting, dashboards, and flows.
• 4+ years of technology-focused project management in nonprofits or philanthropy-serving orgs.
• 3+ years CMS admin experience, preferably Drupal.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize Drupal and Salesforce platforms and integrations.
• Stay ahead of new technologies and advocate for innovative tools across teams.
• Lead staff trainings on Salesforce and other technologies to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver digital solutions and ensure platform alignment.
