The Smalley Foundation seeks an organized and motivatedNonprofit Operations Intern. This position provides hands‑on experience in the day‑to‑day nonprofit operations and exposure to program management, communications, outreach, and executive administration. The intern works closely with the Foundation's directors and coordinators to support a range of operational priorities. This is apart-time, semester‑based internship requiring approximately 15–20 hours per week. The position is hybrid, with most work completed at the Foundation's downtown Washington, DC office. Compensation is$18 per hour. The internship is initially offered for one academic semester, with the possibility of extension based on performance, organizational needs, and mutual interest.
