Job summary

Stand Together Fellowships is seeking an Operations Intern on behalf of FREOPP (Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity). This hands-on role supports operations, development, research, scheduling, data management, and special projects across a fast-paced policy organization.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, learns quickly, and embraces responsibility beyond traditional administrative tasks, with opportunities to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and provide executive support as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, correspondence, and logistics.
• Maintain records and ensure recurring processes run reliably.
• Assist with event planning, office administration, and operational needs.
• Support development, CRM maintenance, scheduling, and research.
• Contribute to external engagement and donor-related projects.
• Participate in research and special projects as assigned.
• Improve workflows, databases, and internal systems; document processes.
