Mai Placement in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead marketing, public relations, and external affairs, strengthening the organization's public image and visibility.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and strategist who can develop engaging content, manage campaigns, secure media coverage, and coordinate with funders and community partners.

This on-site, full-time role at 35 hours per week offers a comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related nonprofit field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with media relations, press releases, branding, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and audience segmentation.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
