Job summary

The Catholic Community Foundation of South Carolina (CCFSC) is seeking a Marketing and Development Associate to enhance publicity and growth for Catholic institutions across South Carolina. The role develops social media, maintains the website, and supports the Executive Director, including board meeting logistics and record management.

The position is full-time with potential SC travel for content creation, requiring autonomous work after direction and collaboration within a small staff to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in marketing and communications.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with Adobe, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with digital analytics for websites and social media.
• Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and branding activities for the foundation.
• Manage social media presence and website content.
• Provide board and committee support with meeting materials and minutes.
• Coordinate with chancery and finance on donations and stewardship data.
• Handle administrative duties including gift acknowledgements and fund files.
