Job summary

The Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute the organization\'s marketing program, increase visibility, engagement, and charitable giving. This full-time on-site role involves minimal evening and weekend work.

You will manage campaigns across digital, print, events, and parish communications, collaborating with the Development team to strengthen donor engagement and ensure brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or related field is required.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, fundraising support, or parish/ministry communications.
• Experience managing multichannel marketing and using email marketing tools, CMS, social media platforms and basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with marketing automation, donor databases, or CRM systems is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and mail merge is required.
• Practicing Catholic is helpful and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop mission-aligned marketing and communications to support priorities, fundraising, donor stewardship, and events.
• Manage campaigns and donor-centered content across digital, print, direct mail, and events.
• Partner with Development to strengthen donor engagement through messaging and stewardship communications.
• Maintain brand identity reflecting Catholic mission, visual standards, and approved language.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain organized marketing operations, calendars, assets, and templates.
