Job summary

The San Antonio Area Foundation seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to lead program planning, partner coordination, and curriculum alignment for nonprofit capacity-building initiatives. You will manage relationships with facilitators and external partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

You will also design learning objectives, assess outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in adult education, nonprofit management, organizational development, education, or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in learning & development, workforce development, or program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of Learning & Development programs, pathways, workshops, and initiatives.
• Coordinate facilitator recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, engagement, and feedback.
• Develop and review curriculum, ensure alignment with learner needs and program outcomes.
• Analyze feedback and outcomes to drive continuous improvement and impact.
