Job summary

PCs for People is seeking a full-time ITAD Driver to join our growing team in Maryland. This role blends driving and warehouse duties, loading and unloading equipment on the road and in the warehouse, while representing the organization at client sites.

You will follow DOT rules, complete pre-trip inspections, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace. A clean driving record and ability to pass screenings are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean 3-year driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT medical exam and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Self-directed, motivated, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 20'–26' box truck (no CDL required) to safely pick up and deliver computer equipment.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and follow DOT safety requirements.
• Manually load and palletize equipment at client sites; clients do not assist loading.
• Pre-sort equipment on site to facilitate warehouse sorting.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel, and supplies; complete Transfer of Ownership paperwork.
• Load/unload equipment in warehouse and record inventory in CRM.
• Follow NAID procedures for secure handling of data devices and participate in safety checks.
