Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services seeks a Nonprofit Sales Specialist to grow nonprofit business within an assigned geographic region. This outside sales role focuses on building strategic relationships with independent agencies that specialize in nonprofit organizations and social service risks, while partnering with Regional Sales Managers to increase nonprofit production from agencies throughout the region.

This is an outside sales position that will require travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in insurance sales or related field.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Knowledge of selling through intermediaries and distributors.
• Familiarity with commercial P&C insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with nonprofit-focused agencies and brokers.
• Execute regional nonprofit market development strategies to grow premium with nonprofit clients.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to support agency opportunities.
• Conduct agency visits, sales calls, and pipeline development for nonprofit business.
• Provide nonprofit product training and educational presentations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity records, and reports.
