LifeSouth Community Blood Centers, Inc. seeks a Finance Manager to lead our Business Office at the Gainesville, FL headquarters. You will oversee payroll, AP/AR, revenue cycle, fixed assets, and reporting while building a strong team and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership on audits, system implementations, and strategic projects. Starting salary is $75,000 annually, with relocation and benefits supporting a mission-driven nonprofit.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required; five years of progressive accounting/financial experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop staff while maintaining high performance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Business Office team, setting clear expectations and promoting accountability.
• Oversee payroll, A/P and A/R, revenue cycle, fixed assets, and expense reporting.
• Maintain GL integrity, reconciliations, and financial reporting in compliance with standards.
• Manage banking activities, credit card programs, billing, and collections.
• Drive process improvements to strengthen controls and operational efficiency.
• Partner with leadership on financial analysis, audits, and system implementations.
