LifeSouth Community Blood Centers in Gainesville, FL, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Business Office at headquarters. You will oversee payroll, AP/AR, revenue cycle, fixed assets, and reporting, building a high-performing team and ensuring accuracy and compliance in a mission-driven nonprofit.

You will develop procedures, optimize internal controls, partner with leadership on audits and system implementations, and promote accountability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 5+ years progressive accounting/financial experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software; advanced Excel skills.
