Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field required; an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered.
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the organization's accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash and treasury management, government contracts, audits, tax filings, internal controls, and financial systems.
• Lead and develop the Finance team while ensuring accurate, timely, and accessible financial information across the organization.
• Partner with Executive Director, Board, and program teams to strengthen financial decision-making and long-term sustainability.
