Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; an accounting certificate may be considered in combination with relevant experience.
• 4 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience, team leadership, or comparable responsibility
• Knowledge of accounting principles, accrual accounting, financial records, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen OCCDA’s fiscal operations, guide financial reporting and budgeting, and support fiscal compliance and internal controls.
• Develop the skills of fiscal team members and apply accrual accounting and grant-funded requirements to support the organization’s mission.
• Provide sound accounting judgment to ensure responsible stewardship of agency resources.
