Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting.
• Bachelor's degree or nonprofit management experience preferred; equivalent combinations considered.
• Financial literacy and budget oversight experience.
• Experience in fundraising, donor stewardship, grant writing, or external relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Board on strategy, policies, priorities, and performance.
• Manage staffing: scheduling, onboarding, payroll, performance feedback, development, records.
• Build and steward relationships with community stakeholders.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategy.
• Collaborate with finance on budget, cash flow, revenue, expenses, variances, expenditures.
• Oversee property maintenance, vendors, risk management, and safety.
• Maintain policies and procedures.
