Bright Street Solutions is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit to recruit an Executive Director who will provide overall organizational leadership, oversee revenue development and donor stewardship, and guide staff and the board toward sustained community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in nonprofit management, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in nonprofit leadership or executive-level management.
• Proven success in fundraising and donor stewardship.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and budgets.
• Experience guiding boards and volunteer leadership.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in mission work.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee an effective Community Leadership Board (CLB) to drive revenue and program success.
• Provide organizational leadership, set goals, and ensure staff alignment with strategy.
• Lead revenue development, donor stewardship, and financial oversight.
• Guide staff development and board relations to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to expand funding streams and partnerships.
• Ensure programs are effectively implemented and deliver measurable community impact.
