Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or marketing.
• 3+ years of donor relations or nonprofit admin experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Bloomerang or similar CRM preferred.
• Canva graphic design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor records and giving histories in Bloomerang, SERV's CRM, and generate reports as needed.
• Assist with internal/external publications, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials.
• Plan and assist internal/external events; mobilize volunteers and manage event logistics and revenue outcomes.
