Food Lifeline is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations, ensure accuracy of financial systems, and report to the CFO. The role oversees monthly/annual closes, audits, payroll, AP/AR, and grants reporting within a collaborative, mission-driven nonprofit.

The position is full-time, exempt, hybrid (three days onsite per week) in Seattle, WA, with a salary range of $110,000–$140,000 annually based on experience.

Formación

• Strong nonprofit accounting experience, including federal grants, Uniform Guidance, Single Audit requirements, internal controls, fund accounting, donor restrictions, and U.S. GAAP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly and annual close, annual financial audit, and Single Audit.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and grants accounting/reporting.
• Improve internal controls and close processes; support a department with complex accounting questions.
