The position focuses on managing financial operations, enforcing policies, owning reporting, and guiding budgeting, GL workflows, and automation initiatives in a collaborative executive setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters and CPA are nice to have.
• Non-Profit industry experience is preferred.
• Previous experience owning financial operations.
• Strong staff management experience.
• Tech savviness with software implementations.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations for the organization.
• Enforce all financial policies and controls.
• Own financial reporting systems.
• Oversee budgeting & forecasting processes.
• Own GL workflows.
• Report and present financial strategies to other executive team members.
• Oversee accounting/finance staff.
• Support software implementation and seek opportunities for automation.
