Job summary

RBR Alliance, Inc. seeks a Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and risk management. You will supervise the Fiscal department and report to the CEO and Board.

Ideal candidate has a nonprofit background, GAAP knowledge, and strong budgeting and analytical skills to align fiscal activities with the organization’s mission. Travel within Indiana may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 1–2 years of financial supervisory experience (or a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related work).
• Experience in nonprofit administration.
• Knowledge of GAAP and computerized accounting systems.
• Knowledge of word-processing, databases, spreadsheets, and financial-management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the agency’s financial affairs and computerized financial-management system.
• Maintain cash resources and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and budget comparisons.
