Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to join our Milwaukee team. This full-time, in-person role involves engaging customers at retail and promotional spots, introducing nonprofit campaigns, and guiding supporters to get involved.

You will welcome questions, maintain a confident, friendly demeanor, and contribute to daily campaign goals while representing our nonprofit partners in the community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, promotions, or another people-facing role.
• Able to talk to people, communicates clearly and confidently, maintains a positive and professional attitude.
• Dependable with a consistent schedule and willing to learn through coaching.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers face-to-face at retail and promotional locations.
• Introducing nonprofit campaigns and explaining their work.
• Answering questions clearly and professionally.
• Building rapport with diverse people throughout the day.
• Helping interested customers learn how they can support current campaigns.
• Providing a friendly and positive customer experience.
